The ticket is valid over the dates stated above and can be redeemed once, and only on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday during official opening hours of the experience.

- What can I expect from the event?
Things are getting strange again in Hawkins and rumor has it that the Hawkins Lab is back in the research business. Your favorite intrepid heroes might need some help getting to the bottom of this latest supernatural mystery. Explore a medley of Stranger Things locations and fan-favorite moments. Enjoy immersive photo ops, engaging interactivity, and delicious food and drink themed to the show (available for purchase).
- Where is the experience located?
The experience will be held at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi (opposite Etihad Arena).
- Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
- How long does the experience last?
The experience will take between 60-75 minutes, and you are welcome to stay and hang in the mix-tape as long as you’d like!
- Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, you will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event.
- Is there parking available?
Yes, there will be parking spaces available.
- Do I need to have watched all episodes of Stranger Things?
No, it's not essential - but it will enhance your experience if you do.
- Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
- Is there a dress code?
Dressing up for the occasion is highly encouraged. Note: full face coverings including masks and dangerous items and imitation weapons (guns, swords, knives, axes, chains, etc.) are not permitted entry into the experience.
- Will there be interaction with the performers?
Yes! We encourage you to interact with the actors to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
- Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be an opportunity to buy exclusive merchandise at the experience.
About access to the event
- What happens if I arrive late?
Registration and ticket validation will close 5 minutes before the session's start time. If you arrive after this time, you’ll need to speak to a member of the Experience Team, who will assist you in joining the next available pulse (subject to capacity and management discretion).
- Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible wheelchair venue.
- Can I purchase POD and POD Companion tickets?
Yes, POD tickets can be purchased both online and directly at the venue box office. A complimentary POD Companion ticket will be automatically added to each POD ticket purchase, free of charge.
- What are the prohibited items in the experience?
Please note that the following items are not allowed inside the experience:

- Will there be strobe lights?
This experience contains sequences of flashing lights, which may affect customers who are susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy or other photo sensitivities. Guest discretion is advised.
- Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
- Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping is not permitted; we ask that you are also respectful of other guests.
- Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms - please ask our staff on site for indications.
- Can I take photos or record the experience?
Taking photos and videos during the experience is not allowed, but there will be plenty of opportunities for that in the post-experience area.
- Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes - please ask the staff on the day if they have found your belongings.
- Is there an age requirement?
This experience includes mature language, graphic imagery, and special effects, and is strongly recommended for ages 13 and above. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+) holding a valid ticket for the same date and session. To ensure entry together, all tickets for your group must be purchased in the same transaction.
Ticket Terms:
- No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into the experience venue, with no right of re-entry.
- No refund, no transfer: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. We can confiscate a ticket from you if you resell it or attempt to resell it at a price above face value.
- Unauthorized resellers: The experience organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers.
- No admission: Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholders from the experience venue and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of the experience organizer, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.
- Access is available for those with a disability or other access needs. Accessible seating tickets must be purchased.
