Mary Poppins is recommended for ages six years and up. All adults and children must hold a valid ticket to enter Etihad Arena.
Children under the age of 6 years will not be admitted into the theatre.
Entry Policies:
Venue doors open 1 hour before show with access to your seats available from 30 minutes before the show. Once the performance starts latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance. At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lockout for up to 18 minutes. Please be seated prior performance start time to avoid auditorium lockouts.
Seats in the floor seating are on the same level.
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+ years.
Strictly no readmission.
Bags larger than 30cm x30cm x15cm are not permitted in the venue. Please note that there are no storage or cloakroom facilities available at the venue.
Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. If this ticket is transferred, resold, altered or sold, whether or not for commercial gain, it is void and cannot be used.

Unauthorized resellers: The Arena reserves the right to cancel any tickets bought from un-authorized resellers, including through Viagogo or Dubizzle.
No admission: Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholders from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined in the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.
