You can purchase a Yas Annual Pass by going to any of our Theme Parks websites, visiting our Annual Pass Lounges, or by contacting Yas Concierge.

As a next step, once you've purchased your Annual Pass online, you'll need to visit any of the 4 Theme Parks to complete the process and collect your Pass. On the date that you wish to collect your pass, and on arrival, approach the Annual Pass Lounge with all applicants, taking with you a form of official photo identification. You need to fill out the Annual Pass holder application form then we'll take your photo and issue your pass.

Kindly note that your Yas Annual Pass will expire one year from the date of purchase.

Kindly note that the Pass is individual to you and may only be used by you to gain access to the Park. When our FacePass system is not available for entry into the Park, our staff will verify your identity using your photo on the Pass. We reserve the right to also request government issued identification to prove your identity at the time of entry. If another person enters or attempts to enter the Park using your Pass, you will be deemed to have consented to such use, and your Pass will be revoked (unless it has been reported stolen or lost).

To continue enjoying your benefits seamlessly, we encourage you to download the Yas Island App and register for FacePass.

You can just register with FacePass and download the Yas Island App to access the park and continue enjoying your benefits.

You can collect your Yas Annual Pass anytime. However, the validity of the pass will be from the date of purchase. In case of any exceptions, please contact us at +971 (600) 511115 or send an email to contact@yasconcierge.com.

We are thrilled to inform you that Yas Annual Pass for Nannies are available and can only be purchased at our Theme Parks' Annual Pass Lounges. The sponsor must be a valid Yas Annual Passholder and must be present at the time of purchase. Nannies are only allowed in the parks with the sponsor or the children. We are pleased to offer people of determination a free carer ticket when they purchase a Yas Annual Pass. In order to obtain this benefit, people of determination will need to bring valid proof to our Guest Services team at one of our Parks and we would be happy to print your carer pass for you.

Currently, we do not offer that option. If you wish to switch tiers, you may purchase a new Annual Pass once your current Pass expires.

You can upgrade your Annual Pass at any of our Annual Pass counters at any of our Theme Parks, or by calling us on 600 511115. If you have less than a month remaining on your Annual Pass, we advise that you renew your Annual Pass with our exclusive Annual Pass renewal discount equal to 10% off.

From 5 Oct 2026, all guests aged 3 years and above will need a valid admission ticket or Annual Pass to enter.

If your Annual Pass was purchased before 5 Oct 2026, the existing age policy will continue to apply until your current Pass expires. The new policy will not be applied retrospectively during its existing validity period.

For Annual Passes purchased, renewed or upgraded on or after 5 Oct 2026, the new policy will apply. This means that every guest aged 3 years and above must have their own valid Annual Pass or admission ticket to enter.

No, children under 3 years old do not require an Annual Pass or admission ticket.

No. The existing age policy will continue to apply until your current Annual Pass expires. The new policy will apply when you renew.

This is based on the date your Annual Pass was purchased. Passes purchased before 5 Oct 2026 follow the existing policy until expiry, while Passes purchased on or after 5 Oct 2026 follow the new policy.

Your child will need their own Annual Pass once they turn 5 years old, even if your Annual Pass was purchased before 5 Oct 2026.

The new age requirement applies to Annual Pass purchases, renewals and upgrades on or after 5 Oct 2026.

Proof of age may be required to confirm the applicable Annual Pass entry policy.

We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer replacements for Parking stickers if lost. You will receive a new sticker when you next renew your Annual Pass.
