Event Specific and Ticket Terms:
- E-tickets will be scanned at turnstile entry. Please make sure tickets are downloaded onto mobile devices.
- Strictly No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.
- Children aged 18 months and under can attend the show without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the performance.
- Under 16 years must be accompanied by 21 years+ adult.
- Strollers will not be permitted into the venue however stroller parks will be available. All personal items are left strictly at the owner's risk with no venue liability.
- Access is available for those with a disability or other access needs. Accessible seating tickets must be purchased.
- No professional cameras, audio or video recorders are allowed.
- Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm are not allowed in the venue. There are no storage facilities at the venue.
- Contactless payments only are accepted throughout the venue.
- No flags of any kind including country flags (please check the list of prohibited items of the event organiser and the operator Etihad Arena).
- Attendees are required to behave in accordance with UAE's traditions and culture.
- Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Tickets are for your personal use only.
- Miral Destinations and Etihad Arena reserve the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers, including but not limited to Viagogo or Dubizzle.
- No admission: disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined at the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.

Age:
- There is no age restriction for this event, and all guests require a valid ticket.
- Under 16s must be accompanied by adult 21+.
Entry Policies:
- Strictly no readmission.
- Bags larger than 30cm x 30cm x 15cm are not permitted in the venue. Please note there are no storage or cloakroom facilities available at the venue.
- Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only. If this ticket is transferred, resold, altered or sold, whether or not for commercial gain, it is void and cannot be used.
- This e-ticket should be always kept with you and produced upon request by Arena staff.
- Validation of the ticket holder's identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
- In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.
