Event Specific & Ticket Terms

• E-tickets will be scanned at the turnstile. Please download your tickets to your mobile device before arriving.
• No re-entry. Your ticket permits one-time entry only. Re-entry is not permitted.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or over.
• All adults and children aged 2 years and older require a valid ticket. Children under 2 years of age are admitted free when seated on a parent or guardian's lap.
• Strollers are not permitted inside the venue. Designated stroller parking will be available. All personal belongings are left entirely at the owner's risk.
• Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities or other access requirements. Accessible seating tickets must be purchased.
• Professional cameras, audio recording devices and video recording equipment are not permitted.
• Bags larger than 30 × 30 × 15 cm are not permitted. There are no storage facilities available at the venue.
• Only contactless payments are accepted throughout the venue.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and are for personal use only.
• Miral Destinations and Etihad Arena reserve the right to cancel any tickets purchased from unauthorised resellers.
• Miral Destinations and Etihad Arena reserve the right to confiscate any ticket that has been resold or offered for resale above face value.
• Admission may be refused, or ticket holders removed from the venue for disorderly conduct, failure to comply with security measures, breach of venue rules or policies, or any unauthorised use of a ticket.
• If the event is cancelled or postponed, refunds for event tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser and Etihad Arena.
