The Nutquacker Show

There’s Christmas spirit in abundance at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi. This year’s holiday show is set to be the biggest and best yet. Meet all your favorite cartoon characters as they perform in the dazzling, heartwarming show, ‘The Nutquacker’.

This reinvention of everyone’s favorite Christmas-themed ballet, The Nutcracker, features over 50 singers, dancers, acrobats and specialty artists. On stage, Tweety, Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tom and Jerry, and many more of their friends will entertain you with a spectacular backdrop of projection mapping and special effects.

This cheerful, musical extravaganza is sure to fill you with Christmas spirit and have you and your family humming the catchy tunes all the way home. 

Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi’s seasonal specials

Aside from The Nutquacker, there are many more festivities to enjoy with a day out at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi theme park. 

Scooby Doo and the gang are dressed up for the holidays and ready to solve plenty of festive mysteries. Head over to Cartoon Junction to get a picture with them. 

Daffy Duck also invites you to his holiday dance party. Can you keep up with his crazy moves? Daffy Holiday Dance Party provides fabulous festive fun for the whole family. 

Over at Gotham City, the holidays are getting a more sinister twist. Check out The Joker and Harley Quinn’s festive outfits and meet the new villains on the block, Poison Ivy and Two Face. 

Getting hungry from all the fun? Big Belly Burger restaurant is putting on a festive menu as well as a holiday-themed version of its much-loved show for diners, Big Belly Bop.

The Magic of Winter Festival at Yas Marina and Yas Bay Waterfront

After opening with a traditional tree lighting on December 8, Yas Bay Waterfront and Yas Marina will host a festive extravaganza all through the month. 

At Yas Bay Waterfront will be a towering traditional tree, the centerpiece of every good Christmas celebration. This year you’ll witness a more modern take on the classic Christmas tree and it’s all lit up with charming lights, glittering baubles and decorations in the cooler colors of winter.  

You are also invited to Santa’s Post Office where you can pen a letter in exchange for a merry surprise. This delightful experience can be enjoyed only after dining in one of Yas Bay Waterfront’s dynamic mix of eateries. There’s plenty of choice here, from family-friendly casual places to drop into, to chic fine dining. 

While you’re in the area, follow charming Snowflake Lane into the Winter Market where there’s plenty of shopping available for festive treats and gifts. 

Meanwhile, Santa’s Grotto is a short hop away at Yas Marina. Pop in to hear him read a story and to meet the elves. 

Throughout December, Yas Marina will be a festive wonderland, adorned with candy canes, red, gold and green, twinkling lights and Christmas trees. The life-size snow globe here is unmissable, too. 

If you’re visiting Yas Marina during the weekend, be sure to time your visit to catch the festive parade featuring unmissable circus performers from 15:00 until 20:00. 

NYE fireworks spectacular

As the holiday season comes to an end, it’s time to get excited about one last big party, New Year’s Eve. 

Yas Bay’s NYE fireworks spectacular looks to be the highlight of the festivities. Each year, it’s one of the biggest and best new year’s events in Abu Dhabi. Get an unparalleled waterfront view as the spectacular display lights up the night sky.
