The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority! Our preventive measures across the parks include:
- Extensive Cleaning and Sanitizing Protocol: Increased frequency of sanitizing and disinfection across all parks.
- Reduced Capacity: Each parks capacity has been reduced to avoid crowding and ensure social distancing is in place.
- Thermal Screening: All guests have to undergo thermal screening prior to entering each park.
- Hand Sanitizers: Free of charge hand sanitizers have been placed across the parks for guests to use regularly.
- Face Masks: Guests are required to wear face masks at all times inside each park unless advised otherwise by colleagues.
- Social Distancing: A 2 meter social distancing policy has been introduced across the parks (except for families who live in the same household). Social distancing measures have also been adopted on select rides and experiences, please follow directions displayed in each park.
- Contactless Payments: To avoid contact, guests are advised to use contactless methods of payment.
- Contactless App: To minimise contact in the parks, instead of a printed map, guests can download each park’s app to navigate their way through the park.
