• Purchased packages are only valid for redemption on chosen event date and time.
• Package includes the event ticket and lunch or dinner (set menu) at a participating outlet for 2 people. Starting prices are:

• Gold Package (Gold ticket): AED 870* per package 
• Diamond Package (Diamond Ticket): AED 1,170* per package
• Platinum Package (Platinum Ticket): AED 1,340* per package

• Purchases are final, and NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for use by the purchaser and one accompanying person only.

• Lunch or dinner shall be from a set menu. Any items not included in the set menu will be subject to an additional charge that must be settled with the outlet directly.

• Prior reservation is required for lunch or dinner and is subject to outlet availability. You may be asked to show proof of identity by the outlet.

• Event tickets are subject to the terms and conditions listed on etihadarena.ae.
• Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the venue. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained at an outlet or the event venue. 

Event Specific terms:

• All adults and children must hold a valid ticket to enter Etihad Arena.
• Venue doors open 1 hour before show with access to your seats available from 30 minutes before the show. Once the performance starts latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance
• HAMILTON contains some strong language and is not recommended for children under 8 years of age. It is at the parent’s/guardian's discretion as to whether the event is suitable for children.
• Under 18's must be accompanied by Adult 21+ 
• Strictly no readmission  

• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted.
• No storage or cloakroom facilities are available at the venue. 
• Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
• No professional cameras, audio or video recorders allowed
• All package sales are final, are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.

• Seats in the floor seating area are on the same level.
• Contactless payments only are accepted throughout the venue
• Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of the event ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena.
• Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm and strollers are not allowed in the venue
• E-tickets will be scanned at turnstyle entry. Please ensure tickets are printed off or downloaded to your device in advance. 

• Please check the Etihad Arena website prior to the event to ensure you are aware of and comply with any health and safety measures that may be in place on that date. Failure to do so may result in you being denied admission. 
• In case of the cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of the event ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser and Etihad Arena.
